So that you may be on time for your appointment, familiarize yourself with the office address and building depicted on the this site.  Parking is behind the building and the entrance is conveniently located at the rear of the building.  Ours is the first office on the left on the lower level.  A handicap ramp is available from the parking lot on the south side of the building.  Please notify your scheduler if you require handicap assistance.
